I'm looking to promote an app install (my own in a health niche). I'm just getting started and not sure where to start.

Can anyone recommend some good mobile networks with quality CPI traffic?

Are you looking for Mobile traffic in order promote an offer you already have?

If so, Go2Mobi are a good source.

If you are looking for Mobile performance network in order *for them* to promote your app, there are plenty but you need to do a little research in order to see which one suits you (and if they will take you as an advertiser).
Start with a simple Google search for "Mobile performance network".
 
If I understand correctly you are trying to find affiliates through an affiliate network in order to sell your product.
In this case here are some examples of good affiliate networks:

- Yeahmobi
- Matomy
- Appflood
- Admobix
- Clicksmob
 
Hi there! I suppose you can check out OfferDaddy as they have lots of mobile offers from around the world... Been dealing with then for over a year now and their offerwall tool really does a lot of wonders for me...:)

Yes, you can join admitad for your query, it's a best worldwide network with CPI traffic. Do let me know if any further help is needed for this.
