Monetizing a Tube Site?

A while ago I got in the tube site game, but it's been much harder to monetize than I thought it would be. I've done pretty well with promotions, got the site on ovguide, and its pulling in like 400-500 organics from search engines. With 7k+ pageviews/day. Its in a pretty specific niche (trannys). I've been doing Blacklabelads with dissapointing results ($1/day) and done a few tranny affiliate programs that convert terribly. I'm looking for alternatives...

Two other things i've considered are Zip or emails submit CPA's, or possibly
Selling Links.

Anyone out there making money with tube sites? I'd love to hear how.
 


Well what exactly is it your offering the trannys? Assuming its tranny content then why would they want what you are already giving them for free? Maybe try 'alternative' dating sites?

Do you have regular visitors? If so, consider a HD/adless option to subscribe to. It really depends on how much you'd like to look for tranny content and media all day..
 
like the idea of subscription for HD content, but it would get me kicked out of ovguide, also dont have access to HD content, at least not legally. Right on with the alternative dating, i'm going to give that a try for sure.
 
Well, is it one of those real tube sites or one of those fake tube sites? The fake tube sites are those with galleries which are links to other websites and look-a-like videos that also are links to other sites.

I know you can sell adult traffic via TrafficHolder.
 
Tube traffic converts around 1:5000 when sending off site, it can get alot worse from what I have seen.

Limit their video views to 3 per day and charge them monthly for unlimited views. Might want to build traffic a bit first though. 7,000 for a tube side isn't much. You could literally build that bookmark traffic in an hour or two. If you have no money for traffic submit some MPG galleries and link back to your site from there. Submit to lower quality sites (CJ's) and you will get bookmarks even easier.
 
If its adult, I like Fling. Be creative at delivering visitors to that site, with the right strategy you can convert better than 1:5000, thats for sure. If its not adult - the best way to monetize junk traffic like that are mobile offers like IQ Quizzes and Crush.

I always love installers, it's not CPA. But PPI usually works the best for junk traffic sites.

I like the idea of charging monthly, but how exactly could i build another 7,000 recurring daily page views in an hour or two. Also, What exactly do you mean by bookmark traffic?
