Monetizing Video Game Website

I launched a website that gets 150 in traffic per day, sometimes 300-500 depending on if there is an announcement from the company. Unfortunately the company doesn't have an affiliate program so I was looking at AdSense. My concern with AdSense is placing it on a domain that has the video game name in it. Is this an issue?
 


You're going to need A LOT more traffic than that to make a profit in the video game niche.

I wouldnt worry too much about AdSense & a trademarked name in your URL. its pretty much a non issue to AdSense unless the company contacts Google directly regarding it.
 
I'm looking to bring in like $50 a month starting out. What about advertising? Is there a place to find people who want to advertise?
 
You can make some decent money with video game websites but you have to think creatively. Ask yourself, what do gamers really want when they are playing games? They want to win. Exploit that.
