looking for 2 new monitors, thinking about going with this one....

[ame=http://www.amazon.com/ASUS-VW266H-25-5-Inch-Widescreen-Monitor/dp/B001LYPNFQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1294204034&sr=8-1]Amazon.com: ASUS VW266H 25.5-Inch Widescreen LCD Monitor - Black: Computer & Accessories[/ame]

i like the idea of it being a 16:10 ratio rather than 16:9
havent actually used a monitor with that ratio but it sounds good in theory

also considering a dell ultrasharp 24 inch but it is smaller and more expensive...not sure if the better quality will be that noticeable?

any thoughts, or other recommendations?

I have 3 of these [ame=http://www.amazon.com/ASUS-VK246H-24-Inch-Widescreen-Monitor/dp/B001LYSX12/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1294205789&sr=1-1]Amazon.com: ASUS VK246H 24-Inch Widescreen LCD Monitor - Black with Webcam: Electronics[/ame]

and I haven't had any issue with them so far..potential problem is that the stand only tilts..

3 22's was the best thing I ever did for my setup, and I highly recommend the HP 22's

16:10 - I too enjoy watching things in CINEMASCOPE

really though it depends on the use for it. If you're not gaming or doing graphic/video design you don't need the super low like 1ms + whatever fancy stats.

Get a really good IPS one. You'll be starting at it all day so higher price is justified IMO.
