This is a word no one uses in english. English may not be your native language, but no matter how well written your article is there is never any reason to use moreover.

Please use "furthermore".

Google could probably eliminate a whole ton of shite from its index by adding that as a negative word to their algo.

There are a ton of great english words that no one uses very often any more. Doesn't make them any less correct.
 
thats not true, open up any scientific magazine or any proper research paper and you will find plenty of "moreover", especially in the conclusion part.
