Most important KPIs for affiliates

I'm doing some consulting for a company that does dashboarding software. They are starting to do some work with companies that do a lot of volume with affiliates.

They are interested in what important KPIs for affiliates are. I have some ideas already, but since I'm not a huge affiliate and more of just a SEO/business kind of guy I wanted to get input of people on here.
 


I just finished a big analytics upgrade project and the KPIs I focused on were:
Leads (Web and/or Phone), Calls Handled (if applicable), Conversions, Keywords resulting in conversion, Traffic data (visitors, source, etc)
 
I find that CTR is a valuable metric too from an affiliates stand point, especially if the ad rotater isnt a smart ad that optimizes itself. Click through ratio is very important especially on a CPM campaign.
 
ill throw some out not already thrown out

epc ( earnings per click ) and epm ( earnings per 1k impressions ) - of course this would mean you have some sense of what they are earning.

i did a bunch of dashboarding and analytics myself for a few companies, just look up "ecommerce kpis" and other such terms in google, you will get a lot of ideas, not just affiliate only stuff, but stuff that can be translated to affiliate.

Today
Yesterday
Last 3 days ( not including today )
Last 7 days ( not including today )
Last 14 days ( same as above )
Last 30 days ( same as above )
Last 45 and last 60 and last 90 ( same as above )
This month
Last month ( last full month )
 
Thanks guys. Always helpful to get some other opinions.

I'll check out ecommerce KPIs, but we've already gone through a number of integrations with ecommerce platforms so we have a good number that we've done there already.
