Mozscape and Scrapebox

Hey guys,
I'm playing around with backlink checker in Scrapebox. I put a list of different pages and Scrapebox found the links for each one.

Now Scrapebox exports the report so in column A there's the website I'm checking backlinks for and it's being repeated for whenever there's a link to it, and in column B there's the backlinks for the webpage.

The way Scrapebox exports it, it makes it hard to filter any sites I'm scraping for with few backlinks.

Anyone know how to do this with Excel?

Just had an Excel nerd help me out with this.

In case anyone wants help:

  1. Highlight both columns
  2. Under Data select "Subtotal"
  3. For "Subtotal" settings put "At each change in:" to "Urls/Domains". For "Add subtotal to:" select "Backlinks". For "Use function:" put "Count".
  4. Select ok
  5. Everything should be split up correctly now and numbers for the amount of links.
