Just had a call with my MSN rep (for my in-house job), and was griping about how when I bulk upload campaigns my destination URLs get fooked, and copied across multiple ad groups.
He told me that this is a known bug on their end, and in bulk upload, if any two ads are written the same, regardless of their ad group, they are assigned the same ad ID. Thus, when you change the destination URL in one ad group, it will change it in every instance that ad exists.
That explains all my problems. Just as a heads to anyone who has felt that frustration.
