MSN Billing Screwups

This poor guy, I feel his pain. There are times when I just want to pull my hair out dealing with certain companies and I sure as hell would if I was getting this BS tossed at me.

Microsoft adCenter - What a Nightmare...: Microsoft adCenter can't bill correctly

It doesn't look like customer service can actually do anything at Microsoft adCenter... they don't have the ability to modify aspects of a customer's account, correct billing mistakes, or even get in touch with others who can correct the mistakes! I wonder if this will actually ever get resolved.

Well, then I'm screwed. I just used the $200 coupon and have spent all of it. Now it says balance -$90. What is that suppose to mean?

let's put it this way: what kind of people work as an employee on a self-service goldmine?

They overcharged me $500 when i had a $40 budget set for the month on a ringtones campaign. i accidentally set a couple words for about 5.00 per click. I called them and they fixedit pretty quick

You guys can bitch all you want about MSN's bullshit, confusing, dumb-o billing system. I agree 100%. And, yes, their CS knows less than most of us about PPC.

OR, use it to your advantage. I've gotten almost 500 in free traffic this holiday season b/c they have overcharged my budget on several accounts. And you don't have to pay for their overage mistakes.

Add that advantage to their conversion rate and I've pulled almost all my other PPC traffic.
