Hey, I advertise through MSN AdCenter. Today I got a hit through my MSN ad with the referrer 65.55.3.15. When I hit that IP in my browser I get a login box that says MSN HRS. A quick Google search came up with another forum thread where they speculate that HRS means human review system, but that post is from 2006. Any ideas what this is? Just a human reviewer?
