is it me or did 90% of EMDs just disappeared from the serps? This was a huuuge update guys! Fuck fuck fuck. Not sure if I should be sad that my EMDs got slapped or happy cuz my other competitors who used EMDs to outrank my branded sites also got slapped. Ohhh Matt, I hope all your cats die of AIDS.

I have no fucking clue but you know what I'm gonna wait a few days/weeks before drawing a conclusion because I noticed even some high quality EMDs from my competitors that have been on top for YEARS are out of the serps right now... so I assume Google is in the process of re-evaluating everything.

I know one domain that has the keywords like bluewidgetsXXXXX.com that ranks very well for blue widgets and has a huge search volume, the site is freaking spammy and has been ranking tremendously well during this year, what keeps this site from falling is a huge and very powerful private network of satellites, all of them having the keyword.

This is the absolute only exception that I have seen thus far on sites that are overoptimized + partial EMDs. Driven by powerful blog networks with sitewides.

You mean relying on google for all my traffic was a bad move?

YOU GUYS SAID ALL I NEEDED TO DIVERSIFY MY BUSINESS WAS MORE SITEZ, NOT A NEW BUSINESS PLAN.
