Line 2 seems like a worthless and pointless service

It only works if the plane has wifi if im understanding it correctly.... If it uses the planes wifi you could just send an email to the persons cell phone via email like 212312312@att.com, etc. and not use Line 2 or just goto txt2day.com and send txt for free ???

i guess its made for inet dumb ppl ?
