And I think its because of my .info domain.

I have about 30 pages of content averaging 600-800 words. All 100% unique. I also have about 3k backlinks (some edu, profile, link wheel, pr, overall a good mix). Granted my site is under a year old and alot of the competition has some years but they're not SEO'd properly.

So should I get a new domain and redirect? And would I keep my backlink juice if I do this?

That's because PR2 ain't shit. Also, try to increase internal inter-linking between relevant pages (like Wikipedia).

A redirection would likely result in a decay of a percentage of your juice. Not to say it's not an option.

Have you looked at the search engine traffic your site is getting both overall and on a per-page basis? It may be that you are in fact getting longtail traffic, and you're getting beat up on the higher difficulty keywords.

PR 2 domain doesn't mean your site will rank.

3000 backlinks doesn't mean your site will rank.

EDU and GOV backlinks doesn't mean your site will rank.

Analyze your competition and see how you stack up against them. There could be a lot of things missing/incorrect on your end.

I don't think .info domain can have any negative impact on your website.
In Google's eye number of backlinks is less important than its relevancy.
If those backlinks are coming from junk, irrelevant websites, they will hardly contribute anything in your SERP rankings.

Get quality backlinks and improve your social media reputation... This may help.
