My site is blowing the fuck up, who wants to give me some advice?

Shit got real bros.
One of my content sites has really seemed to vibe with people.

Monthly traffic has been climbing upwards of a million visitors a month, and we have over 150k+ real fans of our brand on facebook.

Currently I'm monetizing with a pretty inefficient strategy. Online merch shop, adsense, banner sales, and some affiliate. Doing OK but I have a feeling a lot of money is being left on the table.

I would love to have another brain take a look at the site and give some suggestions. I'm seeking an expert advisor who would be willing to spend a small amount of time helping me to optimize my site. Nothing intensive, maybe a short phone call or a couple e-mails back and forth once and a while. Bodybuilding/Fitness Niche

Willing to compensate, flat rate or on performance.

Don't intend on being mysterious by not outing the site. Registered by proxy and I would prefer to keep ownership anonymous to the general public. I hope you can respect that.

Have you tried getting high cpm banner ads?

You should try contacting a few advertisers / big brands in your niche to advertise on your site. Or you could sign up for a few banner networks and get them to do all the leg work.

go represent some big brands at one point

Currently have a banner experiment running for one month.
Adsense vs. Banner Network to see what is earning more.

I do direct sell customized advertising packages on site to small-medium sized advertisers. I get leads from the contact form on site, and generally can tell these guys what the fuck they want to hear. Low to medium $X,XXX average sale. That is where the majority of the cheddar is flowing from. Who wants to be on sales calls all day like a fucking pea-zant though.
 
I'm not really looking to make money with you but I'm definitely interested in checking out the site/brand. A buddy of mine started a site that was reaching well into the multi-millions of UVs/month and I helped him monetize it, but that's the extent of my resume. PM me though I'd love to take a look at it.
 
Just wanted to say kudos! Keep it up, hook up a case study in the near future if you find the time.
 
Do you care about your users?

content locking

1) find out your websites peak traffic hours and content lock the website for those 1-2 hours every day

2) set it up so a certain % of your traffic is served site w content locking script on it.

also, collect your users emails! weekly/monthly newsletters, good way to retain traffic or get 'instant' traffic.
