Name the wp themes

I have seen very similar themes to this on WordPress › LightWord « Free WordPress Themes they are practically the same but the background is white and the banners are green and red. I just cant find any sites using them now to get the name of them.

you can change the theme color settings in the dashboard

Well yes I can change the bg color not the "menu" bar though. or shall I change the stylesheet for that and make my own?
