NB Link redirecting to another offer.

Anybody ever run into this? I just got an ad rejected by msn and called up to find out specifics. turns out my forwarding url was not landing on the offer it does when I click it at home. it goes to another NB offer I haven't even agreed to the terms of on their screens... WTF is that? cloaking at their end?

International visitors get redirected to webfetti for US only offers on neverblue. I also think if an offer is capped for the day, it redirects too.

Yep, webfetti. that's it. it's obviously not a cap because I'm still hiting it from home.
So what the deal then?... overseas approving agents? no US only ads on da bing?

Try to AIM them, that works by far best in my experience!

There's a chance your ad was reviewed by someone in the US (think NW Washington) that has an ISP in Canada. This happened to me once.
