So what's your take on the finals?

I think we are going to see 7 games in this series going to OKC. Watching Durant play reminds me of Jordan, not in his playing style, but his level of skill and he is only 23 - more finals to come for this guy I am sure.

I didn't have the chance to watch OKC much, but they really impress me as a team, young, quick, strong and has both outside and inside presence. Ibaka is a steal and a top 3-5 center in the NBA.

Heat still has a problem with poor coaching and no designated go-to guy. The Heat need to let Lebron carry them the first half when there is more room to move and less half court play and then sit Wade some during that time, then let Wade let loose in the second half, when Lebrons lack of post game becomes a problem against tight half court defence. Bosh also needs to step up and fight the post.

Overall, much more interesting finals than last year, with OKC possibly laying the ground for a dynasty.

My room mate "swears" it will be 4-0 OKC. Personally I doubt it will go to game 7. OKC in 5-6.

I hate lebron james... that is all

Yeah, hate on probably the best NBA player out there for the sole reason of quitting his shit Cleveland team.

I'd say the whole decision thing had more to do with it.

I'm just glad lebron is being more active than he was compared to last years final. I'm also glad they're starting the finals on the road. Lebron plays a lot better on the road and it does give him some momentum as each game progresses.

How long has OKC even been a team? There is no way a no name team that nobody has ever heard of is going to stop Lebron

waat? Lebron always chokes when it masters most. Although, I guess every now and then a blind squirrel finds a nut.

They're a small market for sure but that's irrelevant as to how much talent this team has.

If lebron wants to win a championship against this team, then he's got to score at least 40-50 points a game....

During the season, yes.

But during the playoffs, he hasn't disappointed anyone whenever his team was down during a series.

Honestly I hope okc wins b a great story. I havent watched a single game since the day MJ retired so I have zero analytical insight into that series

lol you're out of your mind if you think the heat's only way to win is for lebron to score 40-50 every single game. They could have won last night with lebron not scoring 40-50, but the Thunder played better in the second half. It absolutely won't hurt if he goes off for 1 game for 40+ points.

Sorry to disappoint but he's still chasing after his first ring. :p

Your ability to sense sarcasm is strong. Let me spell it out for you LEBRON IS A LOSER.

He never let his team down? Are you forgetting he was swept by the Spurs, he put up 8 whole points against the Mavericks in game 4 last year, and he'll definitely wilt this year against the Thunders tenacious D.

Lebron worked in the offseason on his postup game, he can score somewhat and pass from there. Miami doesn't need a designated go to guy, they have 3 guys who score nearly 70 points a game combined.

Going by the box score, Miami's offense wasn't really a problem. It looks like they lost mainly because Oklahoma shot 52%, had 9 more free throw attempts, and 8 more rebounds.
