Need a coder for ringtone project

Hey I am looking for someone who can write a script that will take a users phone model / service provider and send a sound file to their phone via a mms message. I have no idea hard this is or if it can be done, but 2 programmers later I am without script. I am looking for a barebones version of zedge.net without all the bullshit.

You'll need to find an SMS/MMS gateway provider to send the MMS through. Be careful of cheaper gateways that deliver the messages via SMTP or don't manage their connections directly to the carriers.

Your site is cool, but imho, the layout is too dull. Looks like a corporate type website. See who your demographics is, and match the layout. Throw more graphics (Myspace) or keep text to a minimum (facebook)
