Need a little help with rollover

I need to have an image with a text centered below. When I rollover either the image OR the text I want the image to change AND the text to change color, at the same time. Both the image and text are links to the same URL.

Anyone have some code or a link to do this?

I gave up and included the text in the image. I know how to swap the image with css, using a double image and repositioning it and I know how to change the text. I was unable to figure out how to hover over one and change both. I think the HTML5 might work, but I don't have time to screw wit it right now.
