Need a New Credit Card + Tits

Since Capital One won't extend my credit limit any further I am in need of a new Credit Card. I know there were a few posts awhile back but I'm still curious what kind of credit cards anybody would recommend. I'm maxing out in only four days so I'm getting kind of desperate.

AMEX Starwood is you're a traveler. I haven't paid for hotels or plane flights in years...
 
Why have you maxed out your card? Can't you just get your network to send payment early so you can pay it off?

Recently traveled across the country with a buddy that had the AMEX Starwood card. They take really good care of you at their participating hotels. Not a bad idea.
 
You have the worst card you can get. They'll ding you a late fee for being 1 day late after making ontime payments for years.
 
I'd recommend getting a card through your bank. You'd most likely get the best overall rate. If not, AMEX is a great card. Not sure of the plumb or starwood offers, but they are a great company to work with. Many occasions I've had to do a large purchase (over my limit) or was late paying a bill and when you call them, they are human and totally cool to work with.
 
there's no decent cards here in australia.. gotta spend like $30,000 to get maybe a $50 gift voucher
