need a monster AM, not a peon. havent done much with neverblue for a while and keep getting switched around, just started doing some volume and need someone who can serve me appropriately.

any leads are much appreciated

Who have you had so far? I have Chris and he's been pretty good.
 
To contribute to the thread, Chris St. John at NBlue is an incredible AM. He will bend over backwards to get you what you want.
 
Same situation here. Got bounced around and I can never get a reply out of my AM about anything. Emailed the 'network manager' contact that shows up a few days ago and am supposed to be getting someone new.....
 
Just ask to be transferred? I hate to out my guy right now, but just send a note to the network manager?
 
Can't you just talk with the owner or CEO of the company? If your bringing in traffic, the CEO doesn't want you to go to another network right? ;)
