I've been hosting with HostDime for some time now, they were great at start but lately my websites have been down from time to time and their chat support wait time is over 10 minutes at times.
I told them I wouldn't expect my websites to be down unless it was a free webhost and they just replied: "it happens to all hosts when they reset the servers".
Another reason I want to change host is because a internet marketer I used to know told me he had shares and new the owners etc at hostdime, so I don't want that guy to find out about all my niches.
Anyway I chatted to hostgator and they seem to have better reseller hosting prices.
But I'm not sure about hostgator because a friend of mine told me in the past that hostgator had deleted his 100+ websites because he had forgotten about payment and found out after 15 days about the bill.
Anyway...
Now I need a good reseller account somewhere and I need the following:
- Near 100% uptime.
- Free movement of my sites in my WHM from old hosts to new host.
- Fast chat, email and phone supoort.
So any recommendations?
