I am working on a site where I will have customers paying for a particular service. There are 2-3 options they can choose from.
But I want to automate this backend and only concentrate on the marketing aspect of the site.
I will basically deliver the customers to the site and get them to sign up.
But I have employees and outsourcing company overseas, I want them to be able to login and look at the orders and fulfil the orders.
Is there a solution for this?
Two things
I need to be the admin of the site and my employees should have lesser rights on what they can view about customers.
They need to only see the essential details of the order.
Also my employees should be able to upload files for customers
Also I am looking something which would have payment system intergrated like paypal.
