Need a template recoded in CSS

I need someone to recode a template in CSS for me. I bought a TemplateMonster template (yeah, yeah...lesson learned), but it's in shitty tables and breaks in IE7.

There's only two pages to it.

I'd need it in a couple of days, this should be a fairly quick task for someone---I just don't have the bandwidth to it right now.
