Need a windows VPS asap - any hosts do instant activations?

Instant activation is usually a cesspool for fraud orders or service abusers, which is why myself and other hosters I know don't do it.

Nevermind, i was going through my favorites and remembered rackspacecloud. Created my account, did phone verification, and had my windows server setup in 3 clicks and all in less than 15 minutes. This is pure awesomeness.
