Need an Accountant/CPA Referral

Its tax time & as my business is growing I'm seeing the need for a CPA that actually knows about online business.

I'm in North Carolina, so if you know someone local that would be great. Since I don't do much "in person" its really not that important.

I REALLY don't want to start looking through the phone book, directories, etc. I would really appreciate if anyone has a personal referral.

Ill add to this. If anyone lives in Minnesota and has a good one id like to know. I am very very close to ditching mine and getting a new one.
