I am looking to sell my services to you. I am fairly new at offering my services but enjoy doing this niche more than any other. What I can offer you is a unique design done by me in PSD which I will then convert to html. Once that is done I will fully link it with the pages that you need and place any affiliate ads. Next I will write unique content for the entire website so once I am finished all you will need to do is advertise it.
The site will be done in steps.
I will take your domain and come up with a design concept which I would submit to you for approval. Of course if you have specific wants or needs those will be used for the design concept.
Once you have decided the design is what you need then I will convert it into html and start building it. If you are currently not with any affiliates I will research to find at least two suitable ideas for your website.
So you will need to provide the domain/hosting/pages and what type of content you want on the site. I will do the rest.
I do not require any money upfront since I am new to offering my services here. However, once I do complete the PSD design I would require 50% and the other 50% once the work is completed which I think is entirely fair.
If I am unable to come up with a design that you like then you aren't out anything.
The price for up to 10 pages is $600.

For the site to be converted to html
Everything linked properly/coded
All pages created
Written content including pictures for every page
Forum if you want
Researched affiliate programs for you

Turn around time will depend on the complexity of the site and of course it will take at least a week to get everything finished since I am doing the design/coding & written content.
