I was hired as a marketing manager for Myworldphone.com the company is about 13 years old and they need me to increase their visibility and increase their web page rank on major search engines. I really need suggestions from all of you as which path i should go. After nine months of being unemployed, i finally landed this job so kindly give me your honest opinion. The company has budget of about $500 a month for high quality back links from at lest pr4+ sites, and also they want permanent and relevant page links. I see here many big brothers are seem to be expert and from many seo company's, kindly guide me to the right path. The company sells mainly gsm Unlocked cell phones and also many other electronics. Your honest opinion is needed, i am a father with three children and really need to keep this job. I am also doing their adwords and bing ad right now. Thanks.

Why do they only want links from PR4+ sites. The MOST powerful links I've purchased on here were from blog posts from a private network that had PR0. They took me from rank 212 for a 27,00 exact match term with 11 mil competing pages to #8. With another $8 spent on some article marketing, I jumped to #4.
I think the highest PR page I was linked from was 1 and yet KILLED the other sites.
