I bought the domain name and hosting for gotocollege.us and I would love to get input on what to do with it. I am thinking a directory of colleges in the US by state with affiliate links to college information, that pays $25 a pop, so if I do the right SEO and traffic building I stand to make a good amount of money over time.
Although I am not at all familiar with website design beyond the basics. I am proficient in Wordpress.
I also saw how popular a couple of college humor sites were and was considering something like that.
Ideas, input, script proposals? Don't have much cash but want the site to be the best it can be and the most profitable, so would be willing to buy a directory script although I would need it installed. I figure that cost a lot. I could barter for article writing.
