I need to have a lead gen (mortgage) landing page designed that will incorporate a leadpoint lead gen form. You must be able to take a 1-page form and split it up into 3 pages (steps 1-2-3). I have a working 1-page version of the form on my site currently (PM for site URL).
Also, you must create a "thank you" page that can parse XML feedback from a server (ex. "you've been matched w/ [example] lender". My site also has a working "thank you" page for you to look at.
Only unique designs, please. Be prepared to give examples of work, ideally site w/ lead gen forms like i've mentioned.
