Need media advice

I need a place to host several media files and put them behind a paid wordpress install so only pain subscribers can watch the files.

1. What media hosting do you recommend?
2. Is Flowplayer good enough for something like this?
3. How do you allow them to be played from the server but not be able to be downloaded?
