The right person for this job will have:
  • Strong Problem solving & analytical skills
  • Basic understanding of HTML
  • Strong understanding of how to use search engines
  • Passion about the web and your job

  • Willing to do tedious mundane work as needed
  • Flexible in regards to work
  • Ability to learn new task quickly
  • Independent learner
  • Proficient in excel, word, email, & the web in general
  • Great communication skills and work well with a team
  • Programming skills a plus
Job duties will include (but are not limited to):
  • Track and analyze site performance, user behavior and conversions through the use of Analytics
  • Track and analyze search engine rankings and algorithm changes
  • Perform keyword research, maintain keyword inventory, and manage the targeting of keywords across properties
  • Research, implement and manage linking campaigns and partnership opportunities
  • Aggregate and communicate findings effectively in a way to allow actionable decisions
  • Research current search and web trends and continually monitor new advancements in organic marketing
  • Maintain inventory of our websites and their technical specifications
  • Perform competitive analysis and maintain an inventory of our vertical
  • Monitor and aggregate changes in our vertical providing actionable reports to management
  • Aid in documenting internal best practices for organic marketing
