Tired of being lumped in with scammers because underwriters assume everyone is the same and don't even look at my site and business model before denying me.... just because I have a diet product..

Ok guys here's the situation.

I have a diet product yea but it's:

1. got real success stories and before/afters
2. a one-time payment straight sale model, with no delayed processing, no trial, no rebills, no forced upsells, no upsells with continuity, no crazy claims, nothing bad.

I've talked to most of the guys who processed for big rebillers and it's just tough out there right now I know... but maybe someone has a connection here or something.

I should be able to do business because I'm a legit guy using a plain as day business model with nothing funny going on, providing great value to customers and with a proven track record and success stories from real people.

PM me, talk soon!

Your story is almost exactly the same as ours. You have a legit product, but no processing history, and getting American or European processing is nearly impossible.

I sent you a PM with someone to contact in BC.

Thanks for the PM, Brad.

@highper, yes I'm looking into that but not too keen on it since there are higher startup costs, higher risks and tax issues etc.

For anything that the processing companies would see as a "grey area" you will probably want to go offshore. Also, offshore costs arent nearly as bad as you may think.. again, its all about doing your homework and sifting thru the good/bad. I do understand you don't want to lose money trying to "find" a good processor.

I can ask a few of my buddies who run these kinds of diet/etc offers for rates so you can compare offshore to "local" rates. (I am assuming though that your in North America...)

With the whole Visa / MC shitstorm it has suddenly got a lot harder to get processing if you have no history. We have a whole load of accounts but most are getting more cautious. One of the guys we signed up with first was PowerPay. Find them here:

Credit Card Processing and Merchant Accounts - PowerPay

They are knowledgeable about IM. They probably won't be right for you if you are planning to run massive volume, but they'll probably get you started.

I use InternetSecure. Found them after getting denied at a number of other processors. One of the things I'd suggest is to make sure you get the list of the processors' requirements for your site before you do the applications. Then make sure that the site 100% meets the requirements that are set out. Once you have the processing in place you'll have more wiggle room to do things like not show your phone number in a prominent placement.

Have you tried chase or wells fargo. Youll need a business license. Create a general name like "internet solutions" (this will appear on their cc statement) for example then you can pretty much process anything ( services or products) for muliple websites. Just tell the bank you provide internet marketing and products to help businesses.

Same story. I recently got denied by Powerpay. My offer is a straight sale, diet nutritional supplement. No crazy claims, no trials, no rebills, reasonable price. I've got customer service, fulfillment, etc lined up and ready.

No dice. No underwriters wants to touch it.

Hey guys,

This guy will help you out, I've known him for years and he's able to get a wide variety of offers approved.
