I need a rockstar banner designer. I give you a landing page/offer and you will design multiple creatives of different sizes with different variations ( colors, call to actions, headlines etc..).
These banner need to be attention getting (high CTR) and convert, not so much glossy and/or aesthetically pleasing. These banners are completely performance driven, understanding of this is imperative.
Potential for longterm partnership and possible full time job. You will also be need to be accessible daily via AIM.
