Need scrape script made for technorati

I need to scrape the top 100 feeds from here: Blog Directory - Technorati

This needs to be web based, not desktop based as it will need to integrate with a website and display those feeds to the site visitors.

It will also need to have proxy support as I can't imagine technorati will put up with anyone scraping all this shit multiple times per day.
