Need SEO VA/Temp/Outsourcer

I'm taking on SEO services with local clients in Bangkok.

I need someone that is capable and able to do the following tasks:

• SEO Plans/Maps - Basically giving me the gist of what you will be doing for proper SEO on each site I need work done for.
• SEO analysis for users design/site.
• Keyword Research. Picking out medium traffic keywords on competitive niches with the smallest amount of competition.
• Link building. Natural link building, not spam comments or spammy/spun articles. Very natural high quality links, link wheels and blogs, bookmarking, real blog comments, real forum posts, etc.
• Some content for the actual clients site/blog. Most will probably be written by another writer, though.
• Other various SEO tasks (whatever it is you guys do. I handle the paid traffic, you get me the free traffic).

I'm willing to pay on a per month/per site basis, or hire you part/full time depending on your skill set, English language skill and salary request. Filipino's preferred but I'm not picky. If you got the skills, prove it to me.
