Need some help with posting and PM's

Hello,

I am new here, i know that we have restrictions over posting and PM's on Wickedfire, but i am not sure when i can start sending PM's. Is there any definite limit for it. it says it would automatically change, is there a count set for it.

Also when i tried creating a post to showcase my services on the buy sell trade forum. It went for moderation queue, but nothing came up on the forum yet.

can someone who has been here and knows how WF works help me?
