Correct me if I am wrong. This should be ideally installed for you already. Can you check within phpinfo and look for the GD module.
If it hasnt been done already, you will need to log into your WHM account navigate to software and simply do an apache update. I think this is mandatory for recompiling your apache server.
In the update process, I know there is a step where you need to choose which profile to build and then look for it in the list you are given. Once done just restart apache, all http services and cPanel too.

Somehow, the GD library was not installed. It is now and my site is working properly.
Though I found a tutorial that explained how to load the module and run the update, I just waited until support replied the ticket.
