Need Wordpress expert to build me a custom hotel-style site

I have a client that wants a new website for his beachside hotel. He wants it to be Wordpress, and include the following:

• ability to make reservations on the homepage
• ability to complete reservations using Paypal
• 5-10 pages, including a page that features local attractions
• Contemporary, yet tropical or beach feel to the site (similar to this site)
