So I'm not crazy after all.

But, the thing is, Google doesn't think that way and we're all WRONG - that's the video they gave as an example in the dreaded "not compliant with our policies" mail they sent me:

While reviewing your account, we noticed that you are currently displaying Google ads in a manner that is not compliant with our policies. For instance, we found violations of AdSense policies on pages such as [link to my video site page with the mentioned video].

As stated in our program policies, AdSense publishers are not permitted to place Google ads on pages with adult or mature content.

As a result, we have disabled ad serving to the site.

Luckily, the adsense is disabled only on the affected subdomain, but it's still fucked up since it seems one could actually lose the account for something as tame as a non nude hidden camera prank.
