NEEDED: CSS Work in Wordpress

I need some Wordpress CSS work done that will include resizing a somewhat tricky sidebar and customizing the look of specific widgets like Archives, Recent Comments, etc...

Looking for somebody that REALLY knows what they're doing... not someone just hacking around trying to make it look right. So if CSS is your specialty, hit me up.
