Negative Google Review

Hey I have an old client who did a google review of his own business, but in the review he is using it to slander me and my company.

I contacted google and waiting for them to reply, but we all know how that goes.

So, any advice that would help make this backfire on this jackass?

Seriously this will work well!! Even if it is only like 10 bad reviews. Also dont forget about all the other local directories. Yelp, yahoo, bing also try to find your state business directory as well. But remember dont slander the company just give an honest review of bad service!
