I am a little confused about how PR and linkjuice work when networking sites together.

So right now I have my main e-commerce site, which is a PR4. My goal is to build up the 30 domains, and rank them in google for their specific keywords since they are exact match domains, and then the products on the page would link back to my site. Would they provide linkjuice back to my main site, or how would that work?

How can I give these sites link juice from my PR4 site? Can I just add some footer links, or is it more involved?

Does this plan make sense, or would this penalize me from the networking?

Your post suggests that you want to pass linkjuice in both directions?

We raise rankings by linking from 3rd party sites to our sites, and then sometimes link from one of our niche sites to the ecommerce site.

Basically yes, I want to pass the link juice from my PR4 to my other 30 sites, then pass that linkjuice back to my main site, if that makes sense or is even possible.

For example, say I own ipadaccessories.com, and my other domains would be more specific like ipadkeyboards.com, ipadstands.com, ipadcases.com, etc.

Would linking from my main site to these pass the link juice, and then would linking back from those sites to my main site have any benefit as well?

I also plan on doing the usual for each domain, backlinks, socail bookmarks, articles, etc.

Just rank with the emd and link to your money site.If you link back with your money site, links won't be as strong

From what I've seen linkjuice is passed as follows:

- PR4 site has linkjuice value of PR4 (obviously)
- For every outbound link it loses a proportional amount of linkjuice, so if it has 4 outbound link each link would gain PR1 linkjuice (for a total of PR4)
- If you have the 4 outbound links linking back your PR4 site would essentially have the equivalent of a PR4 pointing back

Keep in mind linking out to sites that link in to you like that will probably flag you, and unless you know what you're doing you'll end up getting slapped - google doesn't like link wheels.
