Networks that allow submit path host & post?

I've finished an email submit site that has great conversions on the front end but is turning out to be a nightmare to monetize on the back end.

Does anyone have any suggestions for advertisers or networks who allow lead posting directly from a email submit coreg site? Addrive is rumored to do it, but their offers are all email co-reg and I'm not interested in beating my addresses into the ground like a $2 hooker.

I'm accepted to CoregMedia but my account shows zero offers I can run. I've been calling those guys for a week straight trying to get a hold of them with no luck.

Anyone ever work with Blue Phoenix? Active prospect? Any other suggestions?

I spoke to the people at Blue Phoenix today at the Summit, they seem like decent people. But that's just from the 10 minutes I spent chatting with them.

Sorry, but what I was told here that what you are after is not all that popular now. The advertisers were scrubbing/shaving so hard the networks dropped them like they were hot.
