Networks that feature sweepstakes

I'm looking for networks that feature giveaways and sweepstakes. Most of them run ads for large advertisers like Betty Crocker and Sony. What I'm NOT looking for is the zip submits and the survey sweeps. Got access to plenty of those already.

The closest Ive seen to this is email submits. I'd be interested in hearing if offers like this exist and what they pay.

Specific Media has Xerox sweeps, but I haven't seen it in a while. They were paying up to $6.50 a lead; the last time I saw it the payout was $4.50. It runs for about 2 weeks before they cap it.
