New domain - Redirect or Rebrand?

So, currently I run the site Credit Cards for every situation - Browse our Credit Card Offers - the domain is getcredit365.net

I have the opportunity to buy a domain with much better keywords, its to the point with some SEO work I believe I could dominate the entire keyword because the domain has all the keywords in it..

Anyway, what would you do, currently getCredit365.Net has a 0 PR, some backlinks, mostly from DP and WF, 1 from Aviva Directory, etc. I think the domain is about.... 40-50 days old

Would you:
A. Keep getCredit365.Net and setup the new domain as a 301 to the main site
B. Rebrand the site with the new domain cause its so much better and just have getCredit365.Net 301 to it
C. Suggestions?

ALSO! - How can I find out if this domain has been banned by SE's? I tried the Wayback machine, it has no results, Google doesnt have any results, it looks like its just been parked since Sept 06

I make updates once a week if lucky on the current site, I cant even imagine what I would do if I had 2...
