anyone else get this preview/upgrade thing today on their fan pages?
I dont know what to think about the new look and features but it seems pretty tight.

I dont know what to think about the new look and features but it seems pretty tight.
my friend who works for a social media agency says they're going to get rid of the ability to have landing pages on fan pages. Anyone know anything about this? This would seriously make me rage.
Just checked my page and it had the Preview / Upgrade buttons - upon looking at the preview it looks like your right, I lost my XBML custom LP page..
Wow this is going to hurt a lot of FB marketers.
UPDATE: It also has this new mode where you can "Use facebook like (page name)" and basically logs you in as your page and shows updates and stuff at the top where your notifications and messages usually are.
It also has tons of new analyitcal data on each post, showing how many impressions each Post, Link, like got and what the % of those users interacted with it, kinda weird but neat information.

i read somewhere landing pages will still exist...
but ffs they need to stop changing the fucking sizes of the canvas.
edit: landing pages definately do still work... just upgraded a page and tested.

one of my pages has seemed to have gone missing (set this one up a week or so ago). anyone else had any problems?
Looks like they shrunk the width slightly on the tabs again. I just had to re-size 4 images in photoshop and re-upload.
now they just changed it up to
lol they must really want people to upgrade ??
They're going to force it on everyone eventually anyway.
