New Poll Puts Ron Paul at Head of the Pack

This just shows what his supporters have known all along. People like him and will vote for him if they think he can win. Topping some of these polls is likely to have a snowballs effect and if he wins Iowa or one of the other early states, he'll probably sweep the whole country.

You will never see this poll in the mass media. They continually take Ron Paul's poll numbers when polling (if they even allow him mentioned on the list when polling) and leave them out when figuring up the percentages.

Mass Media's CEOs have no interest in allowing him to be president, which is why they only push people they think can be defeated by Obama.

They may not have to though, if he were to win an early state primary or caucus. It's hard to block primary results.

Now Obama vs. Ron Paul in a Presidential debate. That would be primetime PPV TV worth paying $99.95 for!

Obama against any of the other Republican candidates would just be a joke, and something to watch the funnies cut outs on Youtube the next day.

If only the election was held on the internet. We'll see if anybody actually goes to vote when it counts. I remember seeing a recent straw poll result where Paul won but only carried large numbers in online polls while Romney won based on who showed up in person to vote.

He supporters get out to the polls too, the only question is will there be enough of them.

Honestly I'd be happy if that was the only question. I'd be more likely to question the legitimacy of the voting system.

yfw you wasted your 4000th post showing everybody why Ron Paul can't win. Even people who like him don't believe in him.

If Ron Paul was a bit younger, and spoke the way he did 5-10 years ago, i would give him a shot. Thats why he was soo hesitant in running, because of his age and the pressure these campaigns put on a person. Rand Paul should had ran, to pick up some popularity and name recognition for 2016, 2020/.

That's a pretty lame reason not to vote for him. The guy is healthier than the majority of America.

Ron Paul barely wins straw polls and that's all his acolytes focus on.

Not to mention half the shit he says is bat-shit crazy and his supporters who insist on yelling during debates are getting VERY ANNOYING.

He won't win in Iowa, Texas, or Kentucky.
He won't win a single state.

Ron Paul has the support of people who don't go out and vote and even if EVERY PERSON did he'd still only get 8-12% of the vote.

Not to mention Ron Paul is not good leadership material, as you guys say he's a "beta male", and at best he's a refreshing voice of decent.

US Preseidential Election Republican Candidate Betting Odds:

Romney: 4/11
Gingrich: 4-1
Perry: 14-1
Cain: 14-1
Ron Paul: 18-1

It's too bad because the Republican field in 2016 will be really strong actually. Paul Ryan, Marco Rubio, Rand Paul etc would all make better candidates than these guys but I think they figured they didn't want to run against an incumbent. All 3 of them are young so 4 more years in public office will build their experience and support bases up. I always vote for the Libertairan candidate anyway, but knowing they never win I would have much preferred to see one of these guys go up against Obama.

CBS News finally called Ron Paul a "Top Tier" candidate yesterday.
