Yeah. Those Realtor databases go sour pretty quickly.

update...I've mailed this list, and removed all dupes/bounces...800k strong...very good list. looking to trade for debt data (people in debt), and/or late mortgage payers (30,60,90+ day lates). I mail this list every day, approx 100k emails per day...so I keep it very up to date
