I've just started getting into the dating niche. I've been promoting this benaughty offer and getting around $1.02RPC for a couple of months now which has been really excellent. Then all of a sudden for the last several days the RPC has dropped to $0.45. This change is observable across two different CPA networks so I'm assuming it's not the networks that are shaving. I'm 100% positive it's not due to a change in the quality of my traffic.

Is this kind of thing par for the course in the dating niche ? I'm used to promoting offers in other niches that have had steady RPC for years. What's up with this sudden drop off crap ? If benaughty decided they can't afford to pay as much why don't they just decrease the price of their payout instead of shaving ?

I've tried clickcash and loadedcash.. I get about the same $0.45 RPC from those. Any suggestions ?

Not running BeNaughty but check the offer lander and see if they made any changes to it.. I'm amazed at how sometimes even a change in color on the advertisers lander can have an effect.

Could be that the offer is scrubbing you some how too , but based on my experience I would even try waiting a few days with the campaign paused and then unpause and see if things pick back up.. I've got dating campaigns that have been converting for me for months but I do get the occasional bad week or bad days where things seem to suddenly fall off.

If that doesn't work maybe try swapping offers before making any changes to your ads or lander..

Gentlemen,
My RPC is back to normal now. Nothing had changed on the lander. This was a problem for 72 hours only apparently. Thanks to some help I got here I now know that both CPA networks I was testing on were redirecting the offer through the same broker: EWA. So I guess it's likely that EWA "became unstable" not benaughty itself. Now I'm on the hunt for a network that does not use a third party broker. Thanks for the schooling me

before blaming it on ewa.. it still could have easily been the advertiser

Thats the problem of running brokered offers. Especially on garbage networks like Wolfstormmedia or Affiliatecashpile that broker EWA's offers, who in turn broker offers from Neverblue, Adsimilis, or Azoogle.

You don't know which level you are being scrubbed at.
